The useful part of an assessment begins after the last question. A score alone leaves you to work out what it means. Your SteepStep profile explains each area, connects it to everyday work, and gives you something specific to try.

You receive an overview and the detail behind it. You can read about planning, speaking up, working with others, exploring ideas, and dealing with uncertainty. Each explanation helps you consider when a tendency serves you and when you might choose a different approach.

Read the report before you decide

The complete sample report is free to read. It uses a fictional person so you can inspect the writing, the level of detail, and the practical suggestions without answering personal questions. Look at the sections that matter to you. If you want help putting your working habits into words, see whether the report does that clearly.

The sample is not a prediction of your results. Your answers determine your profile. Some findings may confirm what you already know; others may give you a better way to explain a pattern you have noticed.

One purchase, with the detail included

The 19,00 EUR offer is for one personal profile. There is no subscription attached to it and no second fee to unlock the full report. A separate assessment would be a separate purchase, not an automatic renewal.

A report records your answers at a point in time. Keep its date with it, especially if you use it in a later work conversation. You do not need to buy another profile simply because you want to read the same one again or keep your downloaded copy.

How do I order?

Open personal checkout to review the current price, billing country, payment choice, and order terms. Checkout tells you when payment is unavailable. You can leave without placing an order.

Can my employer or recruiter pay?

Yes, an organisation can arrange profiles for its applicants or colleagues. If someone invited you, check the invitation before making an individual request. It should explain who covers the cost and whether the organisation asks to see your results.

Payment does not grant access by itself. Before sharing, make sure you understand the recipient and the purpose. You still receive a personal report you can keep.

What about larger orders and integration?

Company workspaces can review the available credit packs, current balance, team members, and orders. Integration access is limited to the functions and permissions shown in the workspace. The service does not promise an integration with other software unless it is expressly configured.
